Where do you buy Japanese or East Asian groceries in Panama City?
I live in Obarrio and can find some soy sauce at big supermarkets, but I am looking for better miso, nori, and a few snack brands. Any reliable shops or delivery options you actually use? Not looking for restaurant recommendations, just groceries.

For miso, nori, and snack brands I usually do better than Riba Smith by going to the small Asian grocery spots around El Cangrejo and the Via España / Via Argentina edge (a few storefronts rotate stock, so ask what came in that week). Riba and Riba Express still help for basics like soy sauce and some instant noodles, but the specialty paste and seaweed quality is hit or miss.
If you are near Albrook, the mercado area sometimes has Korean and Chinese stalls with better bulk soy and chili pastes. I have also used Mercado Libre sellers for sealed nori when the store shelves look old. Delivery is fine for sealed goods. Skip anything without a clear import date.
Not a restaurant tip, just groceries. Happy to compare notes if you find a better miso source in Obarrio.
